Yes. We service all brands regardless of which contractor performed the original installation. The diagnostic process is the same: measure first, quote second, repair third. We do not charge premium rates to 'non-customer' service calls and we do not require enrollment in a maintenance plan as a condition of accepting service work. Equipment manufacturer warranty validity transfers with the equipment, not the contractor, so a Carrier installed by a competitor can still receive warranty parts coverage through us.

What if my equipment is from a brand you don't normally install?

We service every brand on the residential and light-commercial market, including discontinued brands and rebadged OEM equipment. For replacement decisions, we typically recommend moving to one of the manufacturers we hold authorized dealer status with (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Bosch) to capture the extended warranty registration benefits.
